Welcome to TIEzi
TIEzi is a career and recruitment platform operated by TriqualsAI Inc ("TriqualsAI," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications, website, and subscription services.
By accessing or using TIEzi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. About TIEzi
TIEzi is a career and recruitment platform that provides:
- AI-powered job and candidate matching
- Resume and profile tools
- Networking features for students and employers
- Subscription-based premium services
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use TIEzi. By using the service, you confirm that:
- You are legally able to enter into this agreement
- The information you provide is accurate
3. Accounts and User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
You agree not to:
- Misuse the platform
- Provide false information
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Use TIEzi for unlawful purposes
TriqualsAI reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription Services
TIEzi offers premium subscription plans for students and employers. Subscriptions provide access to enhanced platform features.
4.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (iOS & Android)
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless canceled
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
4.2 Managing or Cancelling Subscriptions
You may manage or cancel subscriptions anytime through:
- iOS (Apple App Store): Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android (Google Play Store): Google Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
4.3 Free Trials (If Offered)
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
4.4 Price Changes
Subscription prices may change in the future. Any changes will be communicated through the App Store or Google Play policies.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled by the platform where you purchased:
- Apple App Store purchases: Apple refund policies apply
- Google Play purchases: Google refund policies apply
TriqualsAI cannot directly issue refunds for app store purchases.
6. Restore Purchases
Users may restore subscriptions using the "Restore Purchases" option inside the app (where supported).
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Harass or abuse other users
- Upload harmful or illegal content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Attempt fraud, scraping, or reverse engineering
TriqualsAI may remove content or restrict access if violations occur.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and branding related to TIEzi are owned by TriqualsAI Inc.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify the platform without permission.
9. Third-Party Services
TIEzi may integrate with third-party services such as:
- Apple In-App Purchases
- Google Play Billing
- Payment processors (web-only)
- Job boards or external career platforms
TriqualsAI is not responsible for third-party service interruptions.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
TIEzi is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee:
- Job placement
- Employer hiring outcomes
- Continuous uninterrupted service
- Error-free AI recommendations
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriqualsAI Inc is not liable for:
- Lost profits
- Lost opportunities
- Data loss
- Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse subscriptions
- You engage in unlawful behavior
You may stop using TIEzi anytime by deleting your account.

Your use of TIEzi is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

If you are using iOS, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies in addition to these Terms.
